In providing bodywork, I seek to meet the needs of the individual, understanding that needs can change session to session and moment to moment. 

Most massage therapy sessions involve an integration of techniques, including but not limited to deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, visceral techniques, neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral therapy, motion palpation, and joint/range of motion work.  Communication around intention and experience are important skills that clients are encouraged to develop. 

While a massage therapy/ bodywork session is not counseling, the work is informed by an understanding of the nervous system, body, and Self/ spirit.
