About Me
I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT), and received my training from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado.
I completed a Masters in Somatic Counseling with a concentration in body psychotherapy at Naropa University, and currently hold an LPCC credential. I have worked with a range of people, including those experiencing relationship and life transitions, justice involved individuals, as well as people experiencing mental health emergencies.
Prior to becoming a counselor, I had the opportunity to work extensively with people who survived violent crimes. I was also involved with treatment courts for individuals who became involved with the criminal justice system due to issues of addiction and mental health. Additionally, as a veteran I hold some understanding of the unique stressors and challenges facing those who have served and their families.
My approach is informed by professional and personal life experiences.
I am supervised in counseling by Rachael Collins (CO LPC.0014515).
